When the toaster is packaged for shipping, two small black rubber spacers are inserted into the conveyor guides before the conveyor assembly is lowered into place. These spacers protect the gears from colliding during shipping. Remove both of these spacers and place the conveyor assembly on the toaster. Use the adjustment instructions found in the operating manual (available on the Prince Castle website) to ensure that the gears are properly aligned. If the motor still hesitates slightly, use the motor oil supplied to lubricate the motor. If the motor still does not run smoothly, or will not run even when it is not bearing the conveyor assembly, contact your local Prince Castle service agent.

Prince Castle's current models are all hard wired. If you have an older model that had a separate power cord and inlet these replacement parts are no longer available. However, if you purchase part number 197-438S this kit will include everything needed to convert your existing unit to hard wire.
