Steve Willoughby Appointed Director of U.S. Sales

CAROL STREAM, ILL., May 2005

Prince Castle is pleased to announce that Steve Willoughby has been appointed Director of U.S. Sales for Prince Castle. Steve's first day with us will be Friday, May 20th.

Steve joins Prince Castle from ITW Food Equipment Group - Hobart Foodservice Division. Steve stared his career with Hobart in 1984 in Charlotte, NC in the retail division selling to independent grocers and convenience stores. He then joined the Hobart Foodservice Division in Raleigh, N.C., and held a similar position in Nashville, TN.

In 1997, Steve was promoted to Sales Development Manger of Hobart Refrigeration based in Troy, OH. In 1999 he was promoted to Product Line Manager of Hobart Refrigeration. In 2001, when Hobart Refrigeration was merged with Traulsen, and Traulsen became a part of the Hobart Foodservice Division, he became the Product Line Manager for Traulsen Refrigeration based in Fort Worth, TX. Steve has been instrumental in the recent success of Traulsen and played a key role in helping the company implement a number of key initiatives which had significant positive impact on their business.

Steve has extensive experience in foodservice industry in a wide variety of areas ranging from equipment marketing and advertising, training and sales development, key customer management, and the implementation of key 80/20 process & strategies. In his new role with Prince Castle, Steve will report directly to me and will assume responsibility for our Standard Line US sales efforts with the help of his team, Ted Kuyper, Brad Paschke and Craig Maurer.

Steve, his wife Laura, and their son Colin will be relocating from the Dallas / Fort Worth area to Chicago in the coming months.
