Situation
A chicken chain wanted to introduce its new char-grilled chicken sandwich and was very sensitive about its flavor profile. In addition, they had to find a toaster that would fit into their space-restricted kitchens and not increase service time.

Solution
The Prince Castle 297-T12P contact bun toaster was slim enough to fit into their kitchens and was able to easily keep pace with a multi-million dollar store. By contact toasting the bun, it prevented the condiments from soaking into bun and making the sandwich fall apart.
