Situation
An independent bagel consultant was searching for a way to help independent bagel shops increase sales and check averages by offering sandwiches. Many bagel shops who try to serve sandwiches have trouble keeping sandwich components (eggs and sausage) fresh for extended periods of time. So to avoid serving poor sandwiches, they often have to waste unused food.

Solution
